Boxers often do the crunch by touching an elbow to the opposite knee as they come up in the crunch. Several repetitions give the entire core more of a workout than a basic abs crunch. These best stomach workouts will probably not make you the next boxing champion like Sugar Ray Leonard, but they may make your stomach muscles feel like they have gone a few rounds with one.
